These terms apply to the Sak's Deli text message (SMS) program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
The program
When you opt in to the Sak's Deli text program, we may send you recurring text messages about specials, events, rewards, new items, hours, and other updates from Sak's Deli. Message frequency varies.
How to opt in
You can join the program by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example when you sign up for our rewards program or submit a form that asks for your consent to be texted. Providing your number and opting in is not a condition of any purchase.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Sak's Deli does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates still apply.
How to stop messages
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any more texts from the program unless you sign up again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
